- What do I need in order to use Favafone?
You need a compatable smartphone or a tablet and available WiFi, 3G or 4G Internet connection.
- Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You can continue using your mobile operator's services as usual. When using your Favafone application, though, you will be able to make calls over the Internet and this way save huge on your international and roaming calls bill.
- Do I need to sign a contract?
No. All you need to do is to Signup, download and install the free Favafone software on your mobile phone.
- How can I install Favafone on my phone?
1) Login with your Username and Password.
2) Fill in your e-mail and / or your mobile number and click Send me the link.
3) Just check your e-mail or SMS inbox and click on the link you have received.
4) Download and install Favafone application.
Once installed you can easily connect to Favafone where there is available Wi-Fi connection or where your mobile phone provides 3G/GPRS coverage.
- Where can I use Favafone?
To use Favafone you need an Internet connection. You use Favafone wherever there is a wireless hotspot (Internet via WiFi) or your mobile operator provides coverage (Internet via 3G/GPRS).
Free Wi-Fi hot spots are widely available now (office buildings, hotels, airports, at home). If there are available free Wi-Fi spots near you, we advise you to connect to connect to Internet via Wi-Fi. This way you will not incur any costs for data transferring.
If you connect to the Internet through your mobile operator's network you may incur some charges depending on your monthly data transfer plan. We advise you to subscribe to unlimited data transfer plan.
- What amount of data will be consumed for a 10-minute call?
A 10-minute call will normally use less than 5 MB of your Data Plan. If you are not on an unlimited data plan with your operator we strongly advise you checking the data service rates before using Favafone via 3G/GPRS.
- How do I make calls?
1) Make sure you have access to Internet from your device (Wi-Fi or 3G)
2) Launch Favafone app
3) Dial the number you wish to call or just pick a contact from your Contacts List

You can use Favafone for international calls to mobile phones around the world and save significantly from your phone bill. When you use Favafone for calls to landlines and mobiles around the world Favafone Rates will apply.

No. This feature is not available with Favafone
